Positive: Firefly was in a great location and decorated beautifully. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem and we really loved the breakfast in the mornings.

Negative: Nothing, it was excellent!

Positive: Absolutely stunning property and location. The staff went above and beyond and the pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna were lovely too. Everything was very clean and well designed/laid out. Daily breakfast in our room was lush, and they had an amazing touch when we first arrived, of flip flops and dressing gowns that fit each of us (inc 3 kids of varying ages/sizes!) They also provided a rucksack to use during our stay, which was so helpful because our other bags were full. Nothing was too much! We loved the location - seeing the Matterhorn daily, going for walks in the mountains with our kids, and walking in town too. Not far from two play areas too, and also an amazing play area in Sunnega. Absolutely loved our stay!
